All individuals working at Camp Woodland Hills are volunteers with a strong desire to serve others. The summer camp staff is comprised of Christian disciples who have completed core training/camp counselor training and are registered child and youth workers with the Community of Christ church. The camper staff ratio is approximately 2:6. Leadership & Staff training emphasizes child development, child protection, teaching skills, and responsible leadership.
